Recurring subscribers are dispatched in the first week of each month. All deliveries are free across mainland UK. As we do not officially launch until the 31st of July 2026 all orders made before that date will be fulfilled on launch day.

Can I cancel my subscription? +

Absolutely, cancel anytime, no questions asked. Just log in to your account or email us before your next billing date and we'll take care of it.

Are the products safe for dogs? +

Yes, all products are vetted for dog safety before inclusion. Treats are 100% natural with no artificial additives, and toys are checked for durability and non-toxic materials.

Do you ship outside the UK? +

Currently JimJak's delivers across mainland UK only. We're working on extending to Scotland, Northern Ireland, and Europe, stay tuned!
